S13: Ferroelectric and Multiferroic thin films

Ferroelectric and multiferroic thin films play important roles in modern microelectronic devices, such as piezo-MEMS, electrical tunable devices, non-volatile memories, film capacitors and novel logic devices. With recent synergistic efforts from physicists, material scientists, chemists, and mechanical/electrical engineers, ferroelectric and multiferroic thin films are continuing to provide exciting opportunities for scientific research and technological advancements.
